I had the best time with my sister at Governors Island. The art was pretty cool and I really loved that the only traffic you had to worry about were bikes. Instead of closing for the fall, Governors Island should stay open for Halloween! The tiny houses scattered across the Island all look haunted and kind of creepy. I would totally come back when it opens up for the new year.

Spring is finally here! Time to put those heavy coats away and bring out the flowy skirts and dresses. I am so excited for warm weather, especially since we had such a long agonizing winter.

Spring is also a time of new beginnings, letting go of old ways and embracing the future. As life begins to change, you begin to grow, learning all sides of who you really are as a person. Instead of resisting change and holding on to the past, lets welcome it with open arms and stroll into the new life that lies ahead.

Tiffany is my girl that is beyond her years in style and fashion. Born and raised in New York, Tiff is talented, beautiful, and is oozing creativity! When in need of inspiration I turn to her. I stopped by Tiff's job for lunch and some very needed girl talk, but before we broke bread I had to take a moment and admire her cool outfit.

Tiff is not only comfortable in her Nike kicks, she makes wearing sneakers to work look effortless. Mixing pattens and textures is a great way to layer, giving dimension to your outfit without it looking so bulky.

The nachos and salsa at  Lobo were really good as well as their 6 dollar margaritas!
